I have a chance to capture this picture from Edappally level cross area, while waiting for the gate to open. I got to stop exactly in front of the above sign board. In spite of two sign boards, Edappallian's least bother about not to throw rubbish under this warning boards.
Our Indians, especially we mallus has a very good sense of waste management. Throw it on to the neighbors’ property or on the road side or on to the drainage canal on the strip of the road, to block the free flow of water on it. Then later cry about the water clogging and mosquitoes. It is time to declare that mosquito is the national bird of Cochin. Enjoy Cochin mallus.
